She specializes in C-level searches and partners with top executives to conduct leadership assessment projects. Ms. Tjia also helps large local and multinational companies identify, recruit, and retain top talent across geographies. 

In addition to serving clients in Indonesia, Ms. Tjia has executed challenging global searches for overseas clients.

Starting as a Researcher for Executive Search in 2011, Ms. Tjia has worked her way up through multiple promotions to a Market Leader for Professional Search. Ms. Tjia holds a Bachelor of Economics degree in Marketing Management from Maranatha University.

Ms. Tjia is an experienced search consultant who has completed over 300 middle to senior-level engagements across functions in Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing) and levels (from GMs to Directors and CEOs).

She is a veteran to the Industrial, Consumer, Life Sciences, and Technology sectors.

Following several successful years in the Executive Search arm of Korn Ferry, Ms. Tjia joined the Professional Search division for Korn Ferry in Indonesia in 2017.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Tjia held a senior Marketing role in a large local group.

An Indonesian national, Ms. Tjia had previously lived in the Netherlands and Vietnam.
