Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Delli held significant roles at Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Accenture as a Manager and Associate Director. She has also served as a Change Manager and Human Capital General Manager in the banking and event organization industries.
With over 15 years of experience, Delli leads our organization strategy initiatives. Her consulting services have benefited a wide range of complex organizations across various industries. She has handled assignments involving multiple business units and geographies, serving clients in financial services, the government/public sector, manufacturing, technology/start-ups, educational institutions, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and event organization companies.
Delli's areas of expertise include strategic workforce planning, organization design, HR strategy, employee engagement and culture, change management, leadership development, talent management, mergers and acquisitions, and HR analytics.
Delli holds degrees in Finance and Banking Management – Economy from the Asian Banking, Finance, and Informatics Institute Perbanas (ABFII Perbanas) in Indonesia. She is certified in Human Resources Management (CPHRM), Human Resource Business Professional (HRBP), and Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP). Additionally, she is a licensed practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
