David brings more than twenty years of experience in executive search and leadership development. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was a Partner and Head of Industrial Services representing one of the fastest growing and most innovative human capital enterprises in Sweden, as well as a member of the firm’s Global Industrial Practice.

David has carried out search assignments in the industrial goods, services, energy and utilities, manufacturing and pulp & paper sectors, recruiting Chairs, Non-Executive Directors, CEOs and CxOs. He has worked in both listed and private equity, as well as family-owned environments.

David has a background in professional sports and is driven by his curiosity around team dynamics and relations.

Earlier, David worked as an HR Manager with Nordea, a leading Scandinavian bank. He has board experience from Nordic Interim, Sweden’s leading interim management provider.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. He is fluent in Swedish, Norwegian and English, and prides himself on his introductory Danish, Spanish and French.
