He joined Korn Ferry in 2018 from    another leading international search firm, where he was specialising in Capital Markets with a specific focus on hiring senior Sales and Trading professional into the global Commodity markets.

As a leader in the FinTech Practice, Mr Power works with established and growth companies, advising on talent management needs related to technology, digital transformation, and innovation. The practice focusses on executive searches, appraisals and leadership development consulting.
