Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Brazel was the Chief Sales Officer of AchieveForum, a pioneer in leadership development for over 40 years.

Over the last 25 years Mr. Brazel has lead sales teams and organizations for a number of  leadership development and advisory firms. His experience is diverse;  working with organizations in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, financial services, technology and professional sports.

Mr. Brazel has a passion for the growth and development of Sales Teams. Prior to being acquired by Korn Ferry, Mr. Brazel guided the sales team at AchieveForum as it made the pivot to a subscription-based model (The Korn Ferry Alliance) while the broader organization-maintained focus on its traditional business model

Mr. Brazel has a M Div. from Western Theological Seminary and a BA in Literature and Religious Studies from Hope College.
