Daniella began her professional career at Filanbanco S.A. and was part of several important consulting firms in Guayaquil, such as Arosemena & Asociados. She also served as HR coordinator at Shell Ecuador.
She has conducted Consulting in Executive Search processes for local, regional and international executives, for top positions in the structural hierarchy, as well as advice and consultancy processes for the development of talent in different organizations.
Daniella, with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, joined the firm in 2011 as Senior Associate and Office Manager of the operation in Ecuador.
During the last 11 years Daniella, already in the city of Quito, dedicated herself to consulting of human talent for top organizations in the country in market sectors such as Insurance and Services, Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, and Industrial among others.
Daniella was Director of the CIP – Chamber of Production Industries of Ecuador, for the span of 4 years and has been invited as guest editor of the Magazine America Economía for more than 5 years for different articles related to Human Talent.
She is currently Director of the American Ecuadorian Chamber of Commerce in Quito (AMCHAM).
Currently, she holds the position of Principal and Office Managing Director of Korn Ferry International's operation in Ecuador and has been certified in the intellectual property of human talent of the Lominger Conceptual Framework today KFLA ®
Her degree is Clinical Psychologist graduated from the Catholic University of Guayaquil and has a certification from INCAE Business School in High Management program.
