She is instrumental in the design and execution of global talent acquisition strategies and solutions for Korn Ferry clients as well as driving an integrated go-to-market strategy with Korn Ferry. Ms. Cook is a key member of the North American leadership team and the global sales organization.

Based in San Francisco, Ms. Cook is a forward-thinking, passionate professional, focused on developing and nurturing relationships with customers and colleagues. She has 20 years of experience working extensively with global organizations across multiple industries in talent acquisition and talent management.

Having lived and worked in Europe and the US, she has tremendous expertise in selling and designing both regional and global talent acquisition solutions.

Ms. Cook held senior leadership roles at Pinstripe, Kenexa, BrassRing, Hispanic Business Inc. and HireDiversity.com where she demonstrated her ability to help companies improve performance across the entire employee lifecycle.

She holds a bachelor of arts degree in Communications and Spanish from the University of Arizona, and is an active member in HROA and RPOA.
