Christine's most notable experience is with recognizable organizations such as IBM Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP along with three, established higher education institutions, including the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She develops and leads action leader development programs and coaching to enterprise clients, manages strategic business development initiatives, delivers operational excellence and is experienced in managing a national sales operations team.

Her strong expertise in executive and professional leader development program design and facilitation has impacted clients such as Lockheed Martin, Under Armour, Duke University, US DHS-Customs and Border Protection, Northrop Grumman, Daiichi Sankyo, ISN Software, NIH, University of Maryland Medical System and the Robert and Janice McNair Foundation.

She is certified as a Korn Ferry Facilitator and in Korn Ferry assessments and products, such as the KF Leadership Architect, KF 360, KF Leadership Solution, ESCI, Styles/Climate and the Learning Agility Report.

Christine graduated with a B.A. degree in economics and business administration from Kalamazoo College, Kalamazoo, Michigan. She earned an M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a doctorate in Higher Education Management from The Institute of Higher Education at the University of Georgia. She is a Co-Active Coach and is also pursuing an ICF Coach Certification.
