Senior Client Partner, Board and CEO Services, UK Lead for CEO Succession
Christina Harvey is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry’s London office and a member of the UK’s Board and CEO Services Practice, where she leads CEO Succession and advisory services for Private Equity.
Christina has over 20 years’ business and consulting experience and specialises in CEO Succession and Development, Board Effectiveness, Top Team Performance and Organisational Effectiveness.
She works extensively with Private Equity firms and Plc’s in the UK and Europe to facilitate critical CEO transitions, develop enterprise leaders, assess and develop management teams and support with value creation initiatives.
She works in all sectors and has worked across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms Harvey worked at a specialist Private Equity advisory firm and focused on Leadership Advisory and Management Team Due Diligence.
She has also worked at a business psychology consultancy and a strategy and leadership consulting business.
In her earlier career Ms Harvey worked in Executive Search at a leading specialist boutique search firm, specialising in fashion, luxury and retail.
Christina holds an MA in Modern Languages from University of Oxford and has studied Organisational Behaviour at University of London.
She is BPS Level A & B qualified and certified to use a range of psychometric tools including KF Leadership Solutions Suite, Styles & Climates, CPP, OPQ, MBTI, Firo B, HDS and MVPI.
She is currently studying Executive Coaching at Hult Ashridge.
Christina is fluent in English, Italian and French and has conversational understanding of Spanish and Portuguese.
