Cathi Rittelmann is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry, based out of Pittsburgh, PA. She has over thirty years of experience in leadership and organizational development, partnering with clients to design learning solutions that address talent challenges at all levels.
Cathi has deep expertise in the arena of diversity, equity and inclusion with a focus on the unique needs of underrepresented talent and helping organizations create inclusive cultures that drive results.
Ms. Rittelmann facilitates learning, partners with C-suite teams and delivers keynote presentations across the globe. She is a key contributor to Korn Ferry thought leadership on the topics of talent development and inclusive leadership and is a key architect of many Korn Ferry leadership development solutions.
Ms. Rittelmann leads the team that innovates Korn Ferry’s proven, scalable leadership development solutions. She has been with the Firm for more than 25 years, with previous experience specializing in recruitment, succession planning, and employee relations in the retail and industrial industries.
She has worked with a cross section of domestic and international clients including clients such as Delta Airlines, Microsoft, Harbourvest, Google, Chevron, The Hartford and Raytheon Technologies.
Ms. Rittelmann holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance from Robert Morris University and enjoys spending time with her family in both Pittsburgh PA and Charleston, SC, United States.
