She is a key leader driving the Power of ALL initiative to ensure diverse talent in the world’s top leadership pipelines.

Prior to her role within the Board & CEO Services Practice, Carly served as a primary associate  in the Global Financial Officers Practice (FOP), where she was responsible for the support and execution of various executive level searches and projects within the FOP knowledge management sector.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Carly was with a global consulting firm, Talent Intelligence, from December 2011 to March 2013.  As a research consultant based in the Chicago office, her responsibilities included succession planning, candidate benchmarking, competitive intelligence and candidate outreach and assessment. She worked in a multitude of industries with her main concentration on the global mining industry. 

Carly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Economics from the State University of New York at Fredonia and an MBA from Canisius College.
