Bridget has dedicated her entire career to supporting Human Resource Executives and Professionals with their key strategic initiatives. She has over 30 years of experience working with organizations to shape the future direction, establish organizational structure, and create operating systems that drive achievement of goals. She is known for the thoughtful way she engages with both consultants and clients, developing innovative solutions to create meaningful career experiences and change, while helping individuals and teams reach their goals.

Bridget has a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois majoring in Fashion Merchandising and Business Communication and considers herself a life-long learner.  Outside of work, she loves to draw and paint and is a Mentor/Leader at a non-profit that supports newly arrived Refugee families from all over the world.  Her favorite place to “recharge” after a long work week is up in Door County at her cabin.
