With more than 20 years of experience in sales and senior leadership, he is an expert on building high-performing revenue organizations, including hiring and developing top talent at all levels, go-to-market strategy and org. design, sales methodology, process and technology, and optimization of the full customer lifecycle.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Brian held senior leadership positions at LinkedIn across multiple GTM functions (BDR/SDR, new customer acquisition, account management) and customer segments (SMB, Enterprise and Strategic Accounts). Prior to that he was a leader for a top VC-backed, social media analytics firm, as well as a channel seller for a multi-national telecom equipment manufacturer.
Brian has a Bachelors degree from the University of Santa Barbara.
