Bjørn specializes in working closely with private equity firms to build executive teams and boards. He was previously at another international executive search firm as an Executive Director.  

Bjørn has 10+ years' experience from the executive search business but started his career in asset management firm.

Bjørn holds a BA in Economics from the University of Oslo.  

Bjørn is fluent in Norwegian and English.
