Bill has worked with boards and senior teams driving business results through corporate culture change, focused on senior leadership team alignment, executive self awareness, and the development of entrepreneurial enterprise leaders.

Bill was most recently leading a broad cultural transformation with a leading power and energy group, driving a new innovative approach to achieve their publicly announced transition strategy. Bill and his team worked with senior leaders in developing and embedding innovation processes and mindset in their goal to deliver on their 2030 mission to carbon neutrality and new non fossil fuel revenue streams. Through results of the program, the company has announced new business initiatives positioning them as pioneers of change and diversification in the Power and Energy space.

Bill is based in Singapore, and for the past 30 years holds deeply rooted emerging markets experience  in APAC and LATAM. He is passionate in exploring ‘possibility’ alongside seasoned leaders and has led delivery to global MNC’s such as Dell, Bristol Myers Squib, Sony Ericsson, ABN AMRO Bank, and DB Schenker to name a few. He holds a BSc from the Wharton School and a Master in Management from the Sasin School of Management.
