Senior Client Partner, Global Government Affairs
Beth Fowler is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry's Washington, DC office and is a member of the Firm's Global Government Affairs Practice and Corporate Affairs Center of Expertise.
Ms. Fowler develops client relationships with corporations, trade associations, firms, and other advocacy organizations, executing senior-level government and public affairs searches on their behalf across multiple industries.
Specializing in government affairs and advocacy communications, she provides a wide array of services that include leadership development, talent mapping, and organizational design.
In the government affairs arena, she has completed successful federal, state, international, regulatory and public policy searches. Engagements in public affairs focus on advocacy communications, external affairs, and Chief Corporate Affairs Officers.
In healthcare, Ms. Fowler’s completed search assignments include work for CVS Health, PhRMA, Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), Eli Lilly, Better Medicare Alliance, S.C. Johnson & Son, Genentech, AdvaMed, MedImmune, the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), Kaiser Permanente, the National Pharmaceutical Council and UnitedHealth Group, among others.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2000, Ms. Fowler was engaged in politics followed by a successful career in lobbying and public affairs.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, she earned a master's degree in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Ms. Fowler is a past member of board of the Public Affairs Council and recently completed two terms on the board of The Bryce Harlow Foundation. She continues to mentor current fellows.
