Barry works closely with Boards, CEO’s, private equity sponsors and other business leaders in attracting best-in-class, impactful CFO’s and other senior finance leaders / business partners.

Barry brings close to 40 years of relationships and expertise in Financial Services and a range of other industry sectors. He partners closely with public and privately held companies of all sizes, domestically and globally.

Barry joined Korn Ferry in 2014 and has been recruiting CFO and other senior finance talent for over 20 years. His career in search started as COO of a boutique Wall Street firm which was acquired by another global search firm, where he led the Global Financial Officers Practice.

Prior to entering the search business, Barry spent 14 years with Goldman Sachs (and Commodities Corporation) in a range of senior leadership roles, including overseeing global recruiting & talent management for the Firm. Barry also served as Managing Director of Human Resources & Development at Mercer Delta Consulting (now Oliver Wyman).

Barry earned his MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU and is a graduate of Lafayette College. Barry serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club in NYC. Barry is also active with the Lafayette College Lacrosse and Football Alumni Associations, as well as Lafayette College Career Services.
