Ms. Ramos has extensive experience working with global corporations to design and implement succession management solutions, assessing and coaching executives to build bench strength and assure successful transitions.

Ms. Ramos is an experienced management consultant business leader. She brings more than 20 years of consulting experience on executive assessment and development, as well as talent management, succession planning and team effectiveness. Before her current role, she led the Korn Ferry Leadership Assessment and Succession business across EMEA. Before that, she led the Consumer practice in EMEA for Advisory services. She has combined regional roles with global responsibilities since she also held global account management roles for some of the biggest clients of the Firm.

Since her incorporation in 2006 as a Senior Consultant she has worked with large international organizations in a variety of international organizations and industries

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Ramos worked as consultant in Hay Group where she gained a very valuable organizational design, comp & ben and broad talent management experience.

She also gained experience as account manager at Tkom Internet Advertising in Madrid and as Business Development manager to run-up and launch the US operations, based in Miami.

Her first experience was in a family- owned business in the Arts industry which gave her a different set of capabilities.

She collaborates regularly with diverse publications and is an associated teacher in some Business Schools.

Ms. Ramos has a Law degree from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas de Madrid, and held an Erasmus scholarship at Cardiff University, Wales. She also has a Master in Business Administration from the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid and an Advanced Management Program from Esic, Madrid. In addition to Spanish as her mother-tongue, Ms. Ramos is fluent in English.
