Banu comes with two decades of experience in human resources leadership and consultancy. Her expertise includes executive recruitment and assessment, leadership and succession, talent management and development, and employer branding. She specializes in Consumer Products, Retail, and Life Sciences; and her functional expertise is in Human Resources.
 
Banu started her career with Korn Ferry International’s İstanbul office, where she worked for a decade. She was a member of the Global Consumer Team and Human Resources Center of Expertise. Banu later joined Levi Strauss & Co., where she served as the Human Resources Director responsible for Turkey, the Middle East, and the CIS for 7 years. Her next role was Head of Talent and Capability with Vodafone Turkey.
