Ms. Voulgari is a Senior Client Partner and Managing Director of the Advisory Business in Athens for South Eastern Europe covering Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Albania. She has a 24-year consulting experience.
She has significant experience in designing and implementing projects that focus to improve corporate governance and organizational effectiveness and typically include organization design / re-structuring, board and executive management remuneration, performance management, workforce optimization and workforce rewards.
Ms. Voulgari has built Board remuneration policies and she has structured remuneration packages for roles at Executive level in various companies under different conditions and structures.
In her 19 years with Korn Ferry, she assumed different roles and she successfully built long lasting relationships with numerous clients and led a number of design and implementation projects in Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and Israel with big and complex organizations, covering a wide range of industries: Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Energy, Manufacturing, Central Government.
Her expertise lies in the areas of Organisational Effectiveness, Work Measurement, Remuneration, Performance Management and Manpower Planning.
Ms. Voulgari holds a Bachelor in Finance and Accounting, as well as International Business from Deree College and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, USA.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Voulgari worked in Arthur Andersen in the Auditing and Business Consulting Departments and in S&B Industrial Minerals (currently Imerys) in the Finance Department.
