Mr. Mills and his team focus on hiring “Emerging Leader Talent” throughout the EMEA region by, identifying, developing and appointing the next generation of leaders, in Senior Management and Leadership roles, across the consumer sector.

Working across the breadth of the consumer market, Mr Mills has gained strong expertise particularly in the Luxury, Retail, Travel, Hospitality and Leisure industries appointing professionals at the Senior Management, Director, C-Suite and Board levels for several years for both the Firm’s Executive and Professional Search solutions.

Mr. Mills joined the Firm in Switzerland in 2012, where he successfully built the first functional Centre of Expertise for the EMEA region before moving to the Dubai office in 2017, where he established the Firm’s Professional Search business for the MENA region. Today, Mr Mills is also a member of the Global & EMEA Leadership teams for Professional Search.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Mills was an Associate Director in a leading global recruitment company for 9 years working in several European cities.

Mr. Mills brings more than 20 years Professional & Executive Search experience and has lived and worked in London, Paris, Geneva, Zürich and Dubai.  His native language is English and he is fluent in French.

He completed his Global Executive MBA at HULT International Business School, earning a distinction and gaining a specialisation in Occupational Psychology.
