Sector Leader, Health Systems and Academic Medicine
Angela Henry serves as Health Systems and Academic Sector Leader for the Healthcare Practice of Korn Ferry’s Professional Search business, consulting with Academic Medical Enterprises, Health Systems, and Hospitals across the nation to recruit and retain senior level clinical and non-clinical executives.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Henry was a key member of a national executive search firm specializing in healthcare, where she led senior leadership engagements across the healthcare spectrum. In addition, she has extensive experience in physician, physician leadership, and APP recruitment.
Ms. Henry strives to be an effective communicator, transparent partner, and truly understand searches to seek out diverse candidates that best fit each search. Her motivation for work comes from a background in clinical experience, medical mission trips, and practice administration which have led her to have first-hand knowledge of what the leadership shortage really means for her client partners. She takes a relationship driven approach through transparency, consistency, and thought leadership.
Ms. Henry graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a Bachelors’ degree focusing on Business and Mathematics, received a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Statistics from the University of Georgia, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives as well Chair of the Programs Committee and Board Member for the Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives, a local chapter of ACHE.
