Associate Client Partner
Andy is responsible for setting up and driving a new area of consultancy across Korn Ferry EMEA, anchored around a new, human-centric approach to sustainable high-performance.
As an ex-professional sportsman, and having spent much of his life fascinated by human capacity, behaviour and performance, he also brings over two decades of experience within commercial functions, both in-market, as well as leading global strategy and deployment in blue-chip organisations in over 35 countries.
His most recent career history includes Global Head of Capability, Global Head of Leadership and immediately prior to joining Korn Ferry, Global Head of Wellbeing and High-Performance with one of the FTSEs highest performing organisations. His extensive experience on the client side with respect to the current corporate, cultural and employee environments, positions him perfectly to lead this new area of human consultancy.
An internationally recognised thought-leader and speaker, across a multitude of platforms, he takes a provocative and challenging approach to the traditional notion and application of wellbeing in the corporate environment. Andy seeks to reframe, re-engineer and refocus human capacity to drive sustainable, commercially beneficial, high-performance behaviours.
Andy holds an honours degree in physiology and biomechanics from Northumbria University and is an active member of an industry recognised Global Wellbeing Advisory Board. Outside of work, Andy enjoys adventure racing, motorsport and is Dad to two little boys.
