He leads on ESG, Sustainability, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainable Finance leadership assignments. Andrew has successfully partnered with global, European and UK clients – Investors, Financial Services, Corporate, Consulting, Multilateral and NGO – and brings expertise across industry sectors, with recent experience in Energy, Healthcare, FMCG, Financial Services and Technology.

Areas of personal expertise include executive search, leadership development, assessment and succession planning, and organizational design.

Prior to joining the firm Andrew worked for a leading European search & selection boutique. This followed a six-year career in the British Army as an officer in the Corps of Royal Engineers, having commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Geology from Queen’s University Belfast, and is an alumni of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership having completed the Prince of Wales’s Business & Sustainability Programme.
