As a trusted advisor, An helps her clients to build effective executive teams and advises on their most pressing talent challenges. With her background as an executive in change management for large industrial companies, she applies a thorough understanding of the way her clients operate and the talent they require. She focuses on CEO, CLO, CHRO and CFO.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, An was a senior member at a leading advisory firm. Prior to her career in executive search, she served as a Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at Etex, a global building materials company and as General Counsel at Tessenderlo Group, a Euronext-listed chemical conglomerate. 

In these roles, she built and led the global, regulatory and compliance functions. An started her career with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, where she worked in the Brussels and Paris offices as an M&A and capital markets lawyer.

An holds a Master of Law from the University of Leuven in Belgium and an LL.M. from New York University of Law. An is also a Fulbright Scholar and a BAEF Fellow. She sits on the Board of KickCancer, a non profit organisation dedicated to helping children suffering from cancer.

An speaks fluent Dutch, French and English.
