With more than a decade of executive search experience specific to Sales, Marketing & Digital functions, Ms. Cooper has partnered with global, national and start-up organizations in providing strategic direction on human capital. She has a successful history of helping companies maintain their competitive edge in retaining and attracting proven talent within Technology (platforms & software), Financial Services (payments, capital markets, banking and FinTech) and Insurance (property/casualty, life/annuity, wealth management and InsurTech) sectors.
She applies proven techniques through the executive search process to drive results at every stage, including relationship development, research, search strategy, candidate identification and development, search execution and placement and serves as a strategic partner to clients.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she served as VP, Professional Search at Robert Half. Ms. Cooper also comes from a sales and marketing background, having worked at Ketchum, Cohn & Wolfe, and Fleishman Hilliard, as well as working client-side as VP, Marketing for a commercial real estate development company.
Ms. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Communications from the University of Florida.
