Ms. Cooper partners strategically with clients in the Technology/SaaS and Financial Services sectors, helping multinational corporations develop the human capital capabilities needed to strengthen their digital presence and maintain a competitive edge. Her expertise extends to identifying and attracting top leadership talent for digital businesses, ensuring they stay ahead in the rapidly evolving marketplace.
With deep experience in highly technical areas such as SaaS, Big Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, FinTech, MarTech, IoT, and within Financial Services domains including Wealth Management, Insurance, InsurTech, Private Banking, and Payments, Ms. Cooper employs a comprehensive approach throughout the executive search process. Before joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Cooper served as Vice President of Professional Search at Robert Half’s Creative Group division. She began her career in public relations and marketing, with experience at Ketchum, Cohn & Wolfe, and Fleishman Hilliard, before transitioning to client-side roles as VP of Marketing for a commercial real estate development company.
Ms. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Communications from the University of Florida.
