Before joining the Korn Ferry team, Mrs. Wilcox spent her time as a Business Development Executive and Account Manager at a boutique medical device recruitment firm based in Orlando, Florida.

Mrs. Wilcox has extensive industry knowledge in the Life Science market, with a specialization in Medical Devices. She has placed executives in various functional areas across a wide array of clinical markets both domestically and internationally. 

Mrs. Wilcox succeeds at working closely with Recruiters and Engagement Managers to conduct organized searches that exceed client expectations and maintain strong relationships.

Mrs. Alison Wilcox obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Florida.
