Alina is a globally recognized expert in diversity, equity and inclusion. She published multiple white papers and was cited by Financial Times, Bloomberg, The Economist and other major media outlets. Alina is a co-author of the book “The 5 Disciplines of Inclusive Leaders”.
Alina acts as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 organizations in various industries and enables her clients to drive innovation and better team performance, build diverse talent pipelines and develop inclusive leaders.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Alina was a Global Leader of Mercer’s Diversity and Inclusion Executive Peer Client Networks where she engaged senior executives from Fortune 500 companies in collective problem solving on critical issues around Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Talent Risk Management across NA, EMEA, and LATAM. Prior to Mercer, Alina worked at Oliver Wyman, a leading management consulting firm.
Alina holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School, Western University. She resides in Toronto, Canada with her partner and two children.
