Alina Polonskaia is a Senior Client Partner  with Korn Ferry’s CEO Succession and Enterprise Leadership practice and a co-leader of Korn Ferry’s Live Room, a solution focused on collaborative problem-solving. She serves as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies across various industries, specializing in enterprise leadership, succession and leadership continuity, top team effectiveness, inclusive innovation, and team-based collaboration.

Alina is a globally recognized expert in inclusive leadership, frequently quoted in prominent media outlets such as the Financial Times, Bloomberg, Chief Executive, and the Financial Post. She co-authored the book “The 5 Disciplines of Inclusive Leaders” used by multiple universities around the world to teach inclusive leadership.

Previously, Alina led Korn Ferry’s Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consulting Practice. Before joining Korn Ferry, she was the Global Leader of Mercer’s Executive Peer Client Networks, where she engaged senior executives from Fortune 500 companies in collective problem-solving on critical talent and leadership issues across North America, EMEA, and LATAM.  Prior to that, Alina consulted with Oliver Wyman (Delta), a leading management consulting firm.

Alina holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. She resides in Toronto, Canada, with her partner and two children.
