His expertise in board and C-suite succession, transformational leadership hiring, and executive team development has made him a trusted advisor in complex and high-stakes environments. His team successfully places CEOs, CxOs, and other senior executives in DAX 40, FTSE 100, and S&P 500 companies, as well as in high-growth businesses undergoing fundamental change.

Whether navigating M&A, shareholder transitions, business model reinvention, or large-scale transformation, he brings a strategic and forward-thinking perspective to leadership selection, succession planning, and organizational design.

In an era where governance and leadership culture define long-term success, Mr. Wink helps organizations sharpen their approach to change management, talent acquisition, executive development, and board effectiveness. His ability to anticipate cultural and strategic alignment ensures that the leaders he places don’t just meet business objectives but elevate and redefine the organizations they join.
