He is currently responsible for search assignments for Supply Chain CoE related appointments in EMEA, across the value chain (planning, procurement/sourcing, manufacturing/operations, distribution and logistics).

Adnan started his career in the Automotive sector, spending 8 years in Manufacturing, Operations and the wider Supply Chain for Bentley and Jaguar Land Rover. He has in depth knowledge of metals (Aluminium & Steel), metal processing, and new vehicle / equipment programmes. He was responsible for the 24/7 manufacturing operations within Stampings. 

He spent 3 years at Deloitte, in the Supply Chain & Operations Consulting Practice working with Consumer-Packaged Goods businesses across Europe to help both optimise Operations and Supply Chains, as well as drive resilience.

More recently, Adnan was with an Industrials Boutique Search firm in London, initially focused on the Corporate Officers Practice where he covered Finance, HR & Legal searches, before co-leading the Transportation Practice, covering Shipping, Logistics and related services.

Additionally, he has covered C-Suite and Technical leadership roles in Shipping and Logistics businesses, as well as completing several team builds for new client ventures.

Adnan has a BEng in Automotive Engineering from the University of Leeds and also speaks Urdu / Hindi.
