Matthew Renick is a Principal in Korn Ferry's Global Technology & Digital Officers COE and co-leads the Data & AI practice, where he advises clients across industries on how to attract and retain transformative and innovative technology leaders. He is based in the firm's Atlanta office.
Matthew focuses his practice on advanced technology engagements and scaled digital transformation projects for publicly traded, private equity and venture-backed companies. He advises clients through talent strategy, leadership assessments and executive-level searches related to technology development, AI and machine learning innovation, and data-driven digital transformation. Matthew's experience spans across organizations in the consumer, life sciences, healthcare, industrial and advanced technology industries. Recent roles he has recruited include Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Product Officers, and Chief AI Officers, as well as their direct reports.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Matthew worked for another global executive search firm where he served in the Technology Officers practice. Before entering the executive search industry, he was an attorney at global law firm Dechert LLP, where he served in the firm's financial services and investment management practice.
Matthew holds a B.A. in history from Columbia University, a B.A. in modern Jewish studies from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
