Guangrong Dai is a Senior Director of Intellectual Property Research for Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Mr. Dai conducts foundational and practical research in supporting the development of science based talent management tools.
Mr. Dai’s research touches a variety of talent management topic areas including competency modeling, employee engagement, high-potential assessment and identification, 360-degree feedback, leadership development, and cross-cultural human resources.
He is also skilled at applying psychometrics and advanced statistics to HR solutions.
Mr. Dai received his doctorate of philosophy in industrial and organizational psychology from Central Michigan University.
