David has completed many high profile, senior leadership assignments both across and beyond the EMEA region, supporting organisations seeking senior executives with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.

He is experienced across the value chain and has worked on complex assignments supporting public and private companies ranging from global, mid-tier through to well established junior and start-up organisations on a range of talent related engagements.  He has a strong major in executive search but is also experienced on broader leadership themes such as succession planning, assessment, board effectiveness and broader leadership development.

David has completed senior engagements around the world in Australia, the Middle East, South East and Central Asia, Europe, the CIS, Africa, and the Americas.  David possesses a deep understanding of the industry and has worked with organisations right across the value chain around a broad range of leadership issues and across challenging jurisdictions globally.

He spent his early career working for an international outsourcing business.

David holds a BSc (Hons) in business administration & management with information systems from Oxford Brookes University.
