In his over twenty years of experience in investment management executive recruitment and organizational consulting, Chad has placed top leaders in the areas of executive leadership, investments, distribution and infrastructure. He has also worked extensively in delivering holistic human capital solutions to his clients around the world.

Chad speaks and consults frequently on the challenges of managing organizations and human capital in the modern age of digital transformation. He applies both his rich professional and academic experiences in supporting organizations as they seek to achieve their mission and purpose. 

Chad was previously with a global executive search and consulting firm, where he was head of the North American Asset Management Practice and a member of the global Financial Services Practice for over thirteen years. Prior to that, he was a search consultant for a European-based multinational recruitment firm where he focused on financial services searches for leading global investment firms. Chad started his career in financial services in the Equity Capital Markets group at Merrill Lynch & Co in New York.

Chad holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and an MBA from John Hopkins University with a concentration in Leading & Organizations.
