Senior Client Partner
Anu has over 35 years of consulting and coaching experience assisting clients in Life Sciences, Technology, Payer, and Provider organizations achieve their strategic and performance ambitions.
His work has included: Corporate and Business Unit strategy, large organizational design and transformation, executive coaching and team development, digital health platforms, products and business models. He has been responsible for large client relationships and has successfully built deep trust with his clients as a consultant and coach.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Anu was the global leader for IBM’s healthcare strategy practice and before that, he was a board observer and member of the management team at a health-tech startup. Other roles include, Managing Director and Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a Lead Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton and a Partner at Deloitte.
Anu has been a speaker at industry forums including World Healthcare Congress, HealthTech conferences and industry events sponsored by The Boston Consulting Group and Booz& Co. He has lectured at the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. Anu has co-authored articles in In Vivo, Strategy+Business and BCG Perspectives.
He is active in trade and community organizations as a trustee, board advisor, mentor and volunteer.
Anu received a bachelor's degree (summa cum laude), and an MBA (with distinction) from New York University. He also earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Columbia University with a focus on health services and policy.
He grew up in India and has traveled and worked around the world. He is bilingual in English and Hindi.
