LONDON, 18 November, 2016 — Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organisational advisory firm, today announced that Penny Webb will be joining the Board Practice as a Senior Client Partner.

Ms. Webb brings 30 years of international experience in both executive and non-executive realms to Korn Ferry. She has specialised in strategic and organisational change, executive coaching, board development and mediation, building this expertise while working for firms across EMEA and the Americas.

She has run her own very successful advisory firm for the last 10 years, Familias & Company, where she developed and delivered leadership development and coaching programmes for privately owned businesses. She has also held director roles at The Change Partnership and another leading search firm. Prior, Penny held senior executive roles in industry within Europe and trained with Michael Porter’s strategy firm. An internationally recognised speaker, educator and experienced non-executive director, Penny brings a wealth of expertise to the professionalisation of both family and non-family firms.

Ms. Webb received BA Hons from the University of Toronto, a Masters’ Degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MBA in Business Informatics. She is a certified psychotherapist and counsellor and a certified Mediator through the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution in London.
