Ms. Mosher brings long-term value for our organization from customers, markets, and relationships. She has 12+ years of experience in Recruitment and Business Development in Marketing and Advertising. Ms. Mosher has depth of experience with both agencies and client companies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Professional Search, Ms. Mosher was a Managing Director at a boutique search firm. She was tasked with leading mid to senior level searches while also developing new business. While there, she developed her skills as both an executive recruiter as well as a manager. She started her career at Leu Burnett right out of college. She took time off to raise her children and re-joined the search industry in 2012. 

Over the past 8 years, Ms. Mosher has worked on a variety of searches across all levels. Her client roster includes a wide range from Fortune 500 corporations to start-ups. She has led searches across various industries including Financial, B2B, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, CPG, Technology, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment. Ms. Mosher has led searches in digital advertising, marketing, content strategy, media and advertising.

Ms. Mosher received her Bachelor of Art Degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Dayton.
