Mr. Dhesi brings over thirty years of corporate and consulting experience in Europe, the Middle East, Asia  and the Americas. Prior to joining the Firm, he led the talent management and organisational alignment practice for another global consulting firm. His expertise is in helping organisations drive performance through the alignment of top teams, leadership behavior, talent processes and organisational culture. He has a passion for helping businesses identify and mobilise the untapped potential of the vital many employees.

Mr Dhesi focuses on senior executive succession, top team effectiveness, assessment and development. He is one of Korn Ferry’s global subject matter experts on Succession Management using Korn Ferry Talent Review.

He is a highly  experienced executive coach to up FTSE 100 Group CEO level. Mr Dhesi has extensive experience of serving Korn Ferry clients across financial services, consumer, life sciences, professional services, manufacturing, technology and telecommunications.

Mr. Dhesi has led strategic reviews of the structure, service delivery and capability of HR functions to ensure that all activities and processes of the function are directly supporting the delivery of strategic goals.

He is a frequent keynote speaker on deriving long-term superior business performance through a focus on talent, leadership and culture.

Mr Dhesi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology degree from the University of Leeds, in the UK.

He has completed executive education programs with IMD (Switzerland) and the Center for Creative Leadership (Colorado Springs, CO).
