Mr. McPherson's expertise lie in helping organisations to identify business issues and leading on large-scale transformation programs. Recently, he has helped a number or organisation to achieve their business goals, including Bank of Ireland, Ferrero, Royal Bank of Scotland and National Grid.
Some of his recent work includes developing a suite of interventions to drive the delivery of a new performance management system at a UK-based multinational bank, the definition and development of an organisational capability model, and leading the transformation of a critical business unit undergoing regulation and market-driven change. He has also recently lead on the development and delivery of several large-scale job family modelling projects for organisations including Standard Life, Willis and Coutts.
Mr. McPherson has broad experience across a wide cross-section of people and organisational areas, including organisational effectiveness, change management, talent management and reward. He has significant experience of designing, applying and managing organisation design and job evaluation and a broad understanding of the financial services sector. He has significant experience of the application of Korn Ferry tools and methods to meet a diverse range of needs in a broad range of clients.
Rob holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Environmental Science from the University of Leeds.
