Mr. Bilodeau is a recognized leadership talent advisor and works with a diverse client base on the recruitment, assessment, development, and retention of talent at all levels, including the Board of Directors. His clients range from large global corporations to high-growth entrepreneurial companies.

Since joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Bilodeau has brought a technical understanding to search that has served his clients well in hiring senior executives across functional specialties. He has worked closely with clients to create and diagnose their talent strategy, to build and acquire stronger leaders and talent and to execute engagements at the executive and board levels in domestic and international markets.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Bilodeau worked with GE capital where he led a Business Development team focused on real estate financing. Previously, he was a part of the Structured Finance team of Bombardier responsible for maximizing third party financing alternatives for corporate aircraft clients around the world. Mr. Bilodeau began his career as a lawyer and worked in private practice as a commercial litigation lawyer.

Mr. Bilodeau earned a Bachelor in Law from Laval University in Quebec and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
