Kate is a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry, based in the Auckland office.
With over two decades of leadership development and assessment experience, Kate has partnered with leaders across a wide array of industries. Among clients she has an excellent reputation based on her collaborative nature and her drive for execution.
Her expertise includes assessment and succession, leadership development facilitation (e.g., Decision Making, Leader as Coach, Coaching Skills, etc.); assessment feedbacks for individuals and groups; coaching and new leader assimilation; quantitative and qualitative 360 assessment feedback; leading simulation-based leadership assessments; assessment data and analytics; and managing global client relationships.
Kate has partnered with international clients in the pharmaceutical, technology, medical devices, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, and retail industries.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Kate was a Program Manager and Consultant with PDI Ninth House. She also held the role of Director, Assessment and Coaching for a privately-held financial services firm. During her time in the Leadership and Talent Consulting field she has received formal recognition for her outstanding work as consultant and engagement manager on global client teams.
Kate earned a B.A. in English with minors in Psychology and Political Science from The University of Vermont, a M.S. in Organizational Psychology from William James College, and a Graduate Certificate of Executive Coaching, also from William James College.
