Mr. Kosminsky brings a wealth of experience in management consulting, in the fields of organization development, strategy, operations, information technology and executive search, for varied industries.
Prior to joining the Miami office in 2008, Mr. Kosminsky was a member of the Firm’s Global Industrial Market in South America, focusing on senior level-searches for industrial companies and on organizational development initiatives for large corporations.
Mr. Kosminsky has more than two decades of experience as a consultant. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 2001, Mr. Kosminsky was a partner at Ernst & Young, where he led the Latin American energy consulting practice. In this role, he had overall responsibility for the firm’s largest practice in the region, which included business development and the management and delivery of large corporate transformation projects.
Prior to that, Mr. Kosminsky was a partner at Price Waterhouse Consulting. There, he led several industry practices at different times, with both management and delivery responsibilities.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Kosminsky held senior positions at large multinational companies in the industrial sector, in the information technology function, and in the Brazilian Census Bureau where he was engaged in supporting regional social and economic development projects.
Mr. Kosminsky holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica in Rio de Janeiro where he also completed post graduation studies in Computer Science. He is a guest speaker at the MBA courses at FIA/Universidade de São Paulo, a most prestigious University in Brazil. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
